Agency Construction Manager

The Agency Construction Manager (ACM) is hired, by the owner (agency), on a negiotiated fee basis to manage the project on the owner's behalf.  The ACM is independent of both the designers and the labor force.  Complete trust between the owner and the ACM is vital to the success of the project; as the ACM will be the owner's proxy in all matters except three:

• Owner Signs all Agreements with Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Owner Assumes the Risk
• Owner Responsible for Invoice Payment

Due to the fact that the ACM works exclusively on the development and schedule of the owner's project, clarifications throughout the construction process are handled expediently on the owner's behalf.
